Our firm was established in 1991, here In San Antonio. Private Industry has always been our strength particularly in the commercial construction division.
Our founder, Fred A. Rangel with architectural degree out of the University of Pennsylvania, has developed a division for Design & Architecture, as well as a division for General Commercial construction.
Today, Adco Inc. continues to thrive with the most qualified leadership, personnel, and staff many of which have 30 plus years experience in general construction. Projects under our belt range from hotel construction, restaurants, and schools.

factory/Property Management
Upon completion of the construction project, there is still a large scope of services to complete.
Our design and construction Staff coordinates to complete the Certificates of Occupancy, creates and completes the final project punch list, initiates the warranty format & policies and provides T.I. services as needed.
Concurrently ADCO, Inc. coordinates personnel training for equipment and machinery. If required ADCO, Inc will coordinate all equipment, furniture, and fixture procurement, establish the landscape and other maintenance services required by the project.
When project closeout is complete, ADCO, Inc. will offer complete property management services or interim management between the project being completed and the retention of outside management services.
